TyrFil Flushless II Pump
The Flushless II Pump is an air-driven, piston-based fluid pumping system designed specifically for our TyrFil products. It has two gauges for reading the individual output of both the ISO (A) side and the CAT (B) side of the two-part TyrFil material. It is equipped with a stroke counter with reset, allowing you to determine the amount of TyrFil processed into each tire and comes standard with a thirty-two element mixer for more efficient and effective mixing. It is available in 1/2" and 3/4" manifold diameter.
Quest Electric Pump
With two independent gear pumps which process either side of the two-part TyrFil material, this 3-phase electric pump is quieter and can process product at a faster rate than our standard Flushless II pump. With an intuitive touchscreen and digital readings of PSI, pounds pumped and several automated alarms, this pump can do a lot of the thinking for you. It also has a foot pedal which allows you to operate the pump safely and slowly while pressurizing the tire. It comes standard with 3/4" manifold diameter and shares most parts with the Flushless Pump.

AutoFil Recycler
Our patented AutoFil Recycler System is the only patented tire filling system on the market that can recycle oil-based tire fill. Since 2002, this machine has made it possible to keep over 150 millions of pounds of TyrFil out of landfills each year. With push-button controls, adjustable blend ratios and variable speed settings, it takes guess work out of it. Its convenient one-step process increases efficiencies, decreases waste and requires very little labour to do so. It’s simple to operate by a single person and clean up only takes five minutes. It comes standard with 3/4" manifold diameter.
Green Machine
The Green Machine TyrFil recycling system allows you to use 25% less petrochemicals that otherwise would have been used in traditional tire flatproofing systems. With a separate grinder to mill the cured fill, you have the freedom of multiple grinding locations with one processing location. This system is perfect for large operations with multiple facilities receiving cured fill back from customers. You can also use rubber grind with the GM and grind up that same TyrFil when it is returned - the only recycling machine on the market that does that!
