If you own a TyrFil processing pump - either Graco or an Electric - you know that some simple and regular maintenance can make all the difference in having successful filling days. Not pumping regularly enough can cause your hoses to become coated and crusty inside, leading to a blockage of flow - particularly on the ISO side. This can lead to an uneven mix which can lead to an improper curing and ultimately to a possible failure in the field. If you've not filled tires for more than 1 week you should process material through your pump, into a bucket to keep material flowing through your lines and defending them against build up.
