Recycling is the name of the game. All of our customers at some point have ended up with piles of cured polyurethane fill in their yard. The Green Machine allows you to not only get rid of it – but also make money from it. The Green Machine is a two-component system comprised of a grinder and a pump. The cured fill is ground up to a crumb in the grinder, and is then mixed with virgin fill (even ecofil) and pumped into the tire. The crumb is evenly distributed in the fill to ensure a proper mix, and this mix can be set at different ratios depending on the application. This is the latest technology on the market and is a representation of Arnco’s drive to remain an industry leader. |
